Dr. Ghosh has more than 18 years experience in technology and around 12 years’ experience in IP and innovation, both for the product industry and the service industry. He has held a Scientist position of a missile program in DRDO; has held Senior Scientist position in GE Medical Systems & Defence Research (India); held a managerial position in IP in GE Medical, India (IP & Innovation) and started this group; and has held the position of Head of IP in Infosys Ltd, India.

He is renowned for his research work with 26 patents and 20 published papers to his name. He has attended more than 50 national and international conferences related to IP and Innovation as invited speaker and/or conference session chair.

He is Chair of the IP Section, National Bar Association of India, and an invited member of ‘Intellectual Asset Management’ at Gothenburg University, Sweden, a visiting researcher in the National Law School, Bangalore and IIM Bangalore. He is the core committee member of IP sections of different Indian industries associations, such as CII, FICCI & ASSOCHAM India.
